Requirements:
- Diploma (specialization in relevant field)
- Registered with SCDF
- At least 1-2 years of working experience as an FSM
Responsibilities:
- Conduct checks and remove any fire hazard that is found in the premises.
- Monitor the maintenance of the fire safety systems in the premises are in compliance with regulations.
- Recommend tests for fire safety systems to ensure they are in good operating condition.
- Create awareness to the occupants in establishing a fire safe environment.
- Conduct fire safety campaign/talks/discussion/lesson.
- Assist, co-ordinate and document fire safety meetings.
- Conduct fire drills, table-top exercise (TTE) and evaluate the effectiveness of said exercises and drills.
- Liaise and co-ordinate with SCDF on all matters relating to fire safety and its requirements.
- Accommodate any reasonable request by clients.

Workplace Safety and Health Coordinator (WSHC)
Requirements:
- Minimum NITEC / Diploma in Engineering or equivalent
- Coordinator Applicant who have completed Advance Certificate in Workplace Safety & Health / Level B;
- At least 1-2 year working experience as working experience as WSHO in Occupational Safety & Health (OSH)
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the safety of personnel through compliance with Workplace Safety and Health Act and other legislations;
- Perform safety check and coordination to ensure implementation of safe work procedures
- Organise training, talk, contest and other activities
- Investigate into any accident or any disease which took place within the site / factory and recommend corrective action need to be taken to prevent recurrence;
- Prepare and submit monthly safety report
- To enforce and monitor safety conduct on site

WSHO Consultant
Requirements:
- Diploma (specialization in relevant field)
- Registered with SCDF
- At least 1-2 years of working experience as an FSM

- Diploma/Specialist Diploma in relevant field/
- Applicant who have completed WSH Level D and D
- 5 years of relevant working experience in as WSHO and Auditor.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the safety of personnel through compliance with Workplace Safety and Health Act and other legislations;
- Conducting routine systematic safety audit / inspections;
- Organise training, talk, contest and other activities which will develop and maintain the interest of the persons employed on the site so as to establish a safe and healthy working conditions;
- Investigate into any accident or any disease which took place within the site / factory and recommend corrective action need to be taken to prevent recurrence;
- Generating weekly safety reports for divisional heads and management;
- Assist in works related to Bizsafe Certification.

Environmental Control Officer (ECO)
Requirements:
- Diploma/Specialist Diploma in relevant field
- At least 1-2 year working experience as ECO in Environmental & Occupational Health Safety
- Must be registered with National Environment Agency as Environmental Control Officer
Responsibilities:
- Advise/Report to the occupier of the workplace together with recommendations on remedial measures to be taken to prevent recurrence;
- Prepare and submit a Site Environmental Control Programme to the occupier of the workplace once every fortnight;
- Inspect the workplace to ensure all facilities and equipment relevant to the maintenance of environmental health are in proper working condition and do not pose any environment health hazard;
- Point out and discuss environmental health irregularities such as mosquito and fly breeding, rodent infestation, noise/dust/smoke/water pollution, poor housekeeping, earth littering, poor refuse management, poor maintenance of sanitary facilities;
- Assist the authorities to investigate outbreaks of infectious, vector-borne or food-borne diseases on the workplace and
- Organise campaigns, training courses and other activities to develop and sustain the interest of workers in maintaining good environmental health standards

Confined Space Assessor
Requirements:
- Minimum NITEC / Diploma in Engineering or equivalent
- Applicant who have completed WSQ Assess Confined Space for Safe Entry and Work (CSSA)
- At least 1-2 year working experience as working experience as WSHO in Occupational Safety & Health (OSH)
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring atmospheric conditions in the space prior to and during entry.
- Controlling access to the confined space.
- Summoning emergency assistance as needed.
- Assessing hazards in and around the space.
- Keeping records of confined space work, such as air test results, personnel entry/exit, etc.
M&E Technicians
Requirements:
- Higher /Nitec/ Diploma on M&E field.
- 1-2 years hands on experience as M&E technician.
- Good team player and willing to learn attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Carry out routine inspection and maintenance on company’s equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair of equipment.
- Dismantles defective equipment and install new or repaired mechanical and electrical parts.
- Handles & follows up on equipment issues such as repair & maintenance of electrical and mechanical equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety rules and regulations.
- Ad-hoc duties or projects that may be assigned by supervisor.
Resident Engineer (RE)
Requirements:
- Min 3/4 years of civil or mechanical and electrical engineering experience
- Degree/ Diploma in mechanical or electrical engineering degree recognised by the Professional Engineers Board of Singapore.
- Accredited as a RE with IES
Responsibilities:
- To perform all roles and responsibilities required of site supervisors under the Building Control Act.
- Ensure that the M&E works are constructed in accordance with drawings and specifications and the Building Control Act and Regulations.
- Carry out inspection of M&E engineering works prior to concreting, subsequent construction work and defects rectification works.
- To carry out supervision and inspection of the works as directed by the Supervision QP, CRE, SRE, consultants or Superintending Officer.
- To manage and supervise the Resident Technical Officer under his charge.
Resident Technical Officer (RTO)
Requirements:
- Diploma with specialization in a relevant technical field.
- Civil Engineering N.E.C. (Including Construction Engineering, Construction Technology and Materials)
- At least 1-2 years of working experience as an RTO/RE.
Responsibilities:
- The Resident Technical Officer represents clients on construction site.
- Must be able to read and interpret drawings and details of projects.
- Ensure that construction projects follow contracts and regulations.
- Inspect materials and workmanship.
- Perform tests to check the quality of materials.
- Prepare progress reports for their clients.
Facilities Manager
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Facilities Management, Project Management, Building or its equivalent.
- Minimum 5 – 7 years of relevant working experience.
- Relevant Fire Safety Manager certificate recognised by SCDF is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all deliverables required in the clients’ service agreement.
- Organize team to align with the overall client’s expectations and contractual requirements and support the operations especially in maintenance, engineering and customer supports.
- Plan and execute all programmed maintenance within the framework of the allocated resources.
- Plan resources available to meet operational requirements.
- Manage all M&E and facilities work orders within budget.
- Work closely with the Central Operations to tackle engineering problems.
- Any ad-hoc task assigned by clients/management team.
Property Executive
Requirements:
- Possess at least Diploma in Real Estate, Building, Facilities, Estate Management.
- At least 2 years of experience in condominium/building management.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the building / condominium.
- Supervise and coordinate all maintenance and administrative staff assigned to the building / condominium.
- Carry out all maintenance functions to the highest standard expected for the client and the subsidiary proprietors.
- Leads a team of personnel of providing maintenance, finance, security, fire safety and car park management.
- Ensure all contract works/ routine servicing are carried out accordingly as specified in their contracts agreement.
- Review all contracts, agreements and insurance before their expiry and recommend renewal or call for quotation / tender.
- Co-ordinate council meetings and general meetings.

QC Inspector/NDT Inspector
Requirements:
- Possess at least Diploma relevant field.
- At least 2 years of experience as QC inspector.
Responsibilities:
- Perform Inspection task on products to verify that they meet defined quality standards
- Conduct inspection and test on all incoming materials from vendors and outgoing products for shipping to customer
- Perform visual inspection on part workmanship.
- Perform either X-Ray Inspection, Ultrasonic Inspection, Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection, Eddy Current Inspection, Magnetic Particles Inspection in accordance with the inspection operation sheet.
- Ensure the equipment operation readiness always.
- Assist the Engineer for any inspection evaluation and reporting.
- Upkeep of process system and testing equipment to ensure its continuous operations in compliance to approved documents.
- Prepare and clean parts before and/or after inspection.
- Perform scheduled maintenance & housekeeping tasks.
